Other Team Members:
Joshua Sawyer
Veterinary Nurse
I began my veterinary journey in 2014 as a Kennel Technician, driven by a lifelong passion for animal care. I have six years of experience in emergency medicine and four years in general practice. I joined the team here in early 2024. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and pets, including my two children, my Doberman, Dante, my cat, Lilith, and a fascinating collection of reptiles. My free time is often filled with outdoor adventures with my children, like fishing, hiking in the White Mountains, and exploring new trails.
Holly Weddell
Veterinary Nurse
Holly, born and raised in Bourne, MA, joined Oceanside in August 2022. She began in veterinary medicine at VCA South Shore as a kennel attendant and assistant. A lifelong animal lover, she enjoyed horseback riding and caring for cats. She's now a proud mom to a daughter and two cats, Juniper and Phoenix. In her free time, she writes poetry, plays guitar, hikes Cape Cod's parks, and relaxes by the coast. Passionate about caring for all species, she's grateful to grow as a technician at Oceanside.
Katie Moore
Veterinary Nurse
Katie joined the Oceanside Animal Hospital team in January 2023. She attended college at Rutgers University and has taken veterinary technician courses at a local college. She has always been passionate about having a career helping animals. She had previously worked in a primarily feline and canine general practice but has grown to love exotics during her time working at Oceanside. In her free time, Katie likes to spend time with her boxer mix, Cleo and rescue kitten, Winifred (Winnie) as well as family and friends.
